Tim bought his first home in 2012, and because he was new to the area, he had to really research the different parts of Richmond to learn what was out there. Tim brings that insight to the table when he’s helping first-time homebuyers find the perfect place to settle down, build equity and start families. While he knows buying and selling homes can be challenging, he tries to make the process effortless—and even fun—for his clients. Tim joined Kevin Currie Group in 2014 and focuses on the City of Richmond and Chesterfield areas.
