As per our brief discussion, here are some items my sellers would like clarity on with regards to leaving them at the property: - All appliances are staying - Brand new fireplace in basement is staying - FREE: There is a wooden storage armoire in the garage thats tucked into a nook and used for hanging coats etc - FREE: Garden ornaments, concrete bench, bird bath, hanging baskets, potted plants etc - FREE: A custom door was made to be fitted on the side of the house leading out to the side deck. It was made to fit a dog door. They never replaced the one that was there as they decided to not let the dogs on the side deck. If your clients have animals of any sort, this door can be easily hung and is ready for a dog door to be fit. - Brand new generator - only used once. Cost $1500 and they are willing to leave it at the house for $1000. Please let me know your thoughts on these items as they are currently already packing and moving in anticipation of the September 8th closing date :) Thankyou!
